Dr, Yamileth Pate, DDS, AACD
Dr. Pate grew up in Honduras, where she earned her degree in dentistry in 1990. After graduating, she spent two years volunteering with World Gospel Outreach, bringing much- needed dental care to the underserved communities in Honduras. Her path then took her to the United States, where she worked tirelessly to meet the requirements to continue as a dentist in the U.S. With determination and hard work, she was accepted into the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis, graduating with honors from the number one class in the U.S in 1999. Her dedication to prosthodontics earned her recognition from the Removable Prosthodontics Department for her exceptional work with partials and dentures. That same year, she proudly became a U.S. citizen.
In 2009, she and several team members traveled to Honduras on a mission trip, offering essential dental care to her native community through World Gospel Outreach, where she had begun her dental career in 1990. For the next decade, she returned to Honduras through World Gospel Outreach to continue serving those in need. She has also been a part of the “Give Back A Smile” program with the AACD that helps abused women regain their smile. She recently partnered with a local charity to help women coming out of drug addiction to help them regain their smile. She has also participated in the Arkansas Mission of Mercy, providing care for underserved individuals in Arkansas in the past.
At her bilingual practice in Bentonville, Arkansas, she and her team offer a full range of dental services, including everything from mercury free tooth colored fillings all the way to advanced cosmetic and smile reconstruction, all of which can be partnered with sedation dentistry for those with dental anxiety. What sets her practice apart is its focus on whole-person wellness, ensuring patients receive care that goes beyond just their oral health. She and her team are committed to personalized, compassionate care, only recommending treatments they would choose for their own families. A firm believer in continuing education, she stays up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and is friends with many of the world’s experts in dentistry. She also maintains an active membership in various professional associations to continue to grow these relationships to stay current.
Dr. Pate’s personal life is just as meaningful. While serving in Honduras with World Gospel Outreach, she met and married her husband, Eric. Together, they have built a loving family with their two children, Adriana and Joshua. For the past 13 years, they have been active members of Joppa House of Prayer, which they played a key role in launching in Rogers. Eric, Dr. Pate’s husband, has the role of Business Administrator in their office and is also the Director for Joppa House of Prayer. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, while the whole family shares a love for biking, boating, and spending quality time together.
