About Us

Meet Eric, the dedicated Business Administrator at Hope Dental Professionals, where he has served for over 20 years. Eric’s journey in the dental field began when he married Dr. Pate, and together they founded the practice in 2003. Eric wears many hats at the office, including Business Manager, COO, HR department head, maintenance man, and recycling coordinator. Passionate about serving patients and working with the fantastic team at Hope Dental Professionals, Eric is dedicated to providing excellent care in a caring and supportive atmosphere. Active in his community, he is involved with Joppa House of Prayer and the Influencers ministry and has organized teams to serve the poor in Honduras. Outside of work, Eric enjoys road biking, Kansas Jayhawk basketball, and following the Razorbacks.

Cindy was born in Mexico and grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia. She recently settled here in the stunning NWA. She loves spending time with her family as well as indulging in some retail therapy.

She’s an experienced manager in the medical field and excellent in customer relations. She also has a certificate in Nerve Conduction Studies, which she obtained in 2011. She is absolutely committed to excellence in our dentistry office and loves interacting with our patients, especially post procedures when those smiles shine brightly.

Misty manages the day-to-day operations of our practice and ensures everything runs smoothly for our patients.Misty serves as the Practice Manager and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), assisting in various office roles. Born in California and raised in North West Arkansas, Misty’s dental journey began as a Hygiene Coordinator. Her focus is on ensuring her patients leave with happy smiles.

Outside the office, Misty enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and engages in refurbishing furniture, crafting, and outdoor pursuits.

Yelitza assists Dr. Pate in the facilitation of procedures and provides comprehensive assistance. Holding an RDA license, N20, and CPR certification, she helps manage tasks at the front desk and ensures a seamless experience for patients. Yelitza, originally from Long Island, New York, moved to  Arkansas at a young age. Her passion for the medical field and hands-on work led her to where she is today.Beyond her professional role, Yelitza engages in community service, notably contributing to her church’s food bank. In her downtime, she cherishes moments with family and friends and indulges in activities like escape rooms, karaoke, and game nights. Yelitza also finds joy in the company of her boyfriend and his dogs.

Brianna was born and raised in Bentonville, AR, a Registered Dental Assistant dedicated to creating healthier smiles alongside Dr. Pate. A proud graduate of the Accelerated Dental AssistiBring Academy, she turned her childhood dream into a fulfilling reality. She is passionate about dental care and loves helping their patients achieve their best smiles.Beyond her professional life, you’ll find her staying active, surrounded by loved ones, indulging in retail therapy, and embracing the vibrant moments of life.

Sarena is a passionate dental hygienist at Hope Dental Professionals since 2014. Her mission is to make dental visits stress-free and enjoyable for patients. Born in Springdale, AR, she found her calling in dental hygiene after being inspired by her childhood dental hygienist. Sarena graduated from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She actively volunteers at charity dental events and community clinics in Little Rock, Fort Smith, and Springdale. Her dental philosophy centers on creating a welcoming and fun dental environment, dispelling fears associated with dental offices. Outside work, Sarena loves spending time with her husband and son, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling to beautiful beaches. Her dedication to improving oral health makes her an asset to both her profession and the community.

Angela is originally from Maryland but moved around quite a bit with her dad being in the Navy. A lady of many passions, from sports to ready, but spending time with her family is at the top of that list. They often go out hiking or enjoy a day in, playing board games and watching movies.As a teen, she was inspired by her very own dental hygienist to learn more about the field of dentistry. That and her passion for people led her to complete her qualifications at Missouri Southern State University in 2007. She is detail-oriented and loves educating our patients on great oral routines and the latest in the field of dentistry. She has been with our team for over 15 years.

Dr. Pate grew up in Honduras and earned her degree in dentistry in 1990. She is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the first female accredited member of the AACD in Arkansas. Dr. Pate is 1 of 500 dentists to achieve this accomplishment, and the only one in Northwest Arkansas.
